Verified ReviewerI ordered a purse on September 22 to be delivered to Canada and according to the website it would be here in 3-7 business days. I still have not received it and it's been 7 days.
I have had no information or updates on my order, when I told them it has not even been shipped and I wanted to cancel they said I couldn't and would have to wait until I received my order. That is unacceptable and trying to speak to Customer Service is a joke!
They must have an automated response because I am getting the same BS information from them. I have had no updates on my order and trying to get any information from them is impossible. They are now telling me I won't receive my order until October 23 SERIOUSLY! Here is the delivery time when I should receive my order to Canada that is on their website.
