I bought a Liz Claiborne purse in May and buy October the handles had strings and the leather was peeling way on the handles. I spent $50 and only got 5 months use out of it before it looked like junk!

Items Missing from Packing Slip!

I bought 3 items. Only got two in the mail but all 3 were supposedly shipped together in same shipment. I was told in the phone they'll send the missing item. I never got a tracking number or email to confirm this even though they said I'll get that in my email. A total scam. Never ordering online again.

Purses not received

It seems there is another outlet using Kate Spades name. Unfortunately I must have got a involved in that scam. When I called customer service the representative that answered told me the tracking number and the order number werent from Kate Spade and I was ignorant for thinking Kate Spade purses were that cheap

Still have NOT received my refund to my credit card and it’s been over 5 weeks since they have received my return

On Jan 9, received email stating they received my return & my refund to my credit card would take up to 7 days. On Jan 27, finally received an email stating my credit card would be refunded - BUT hours later an email can stating I had an E-credit. Called customer service to correct this NUMEROUS times, told e-credit was cancelled & refund would be be credited to my card, plus a coupon for all the hassle. Its now feb 15 and nothing!

Customer service is horrible. The closure on the $300+ bag purchased from Kate Spade New York - Heathrow broke within six weeks of use. I have spent four weeks chasing customer support, Chats, email, phone calls and still do not have a resolution. We wanted an exchange, now we want a refund. The refund was promised a week ago. I continue to chase almost daily, no response. Don't purchase Kate Spade.

I ordered a purse on September 22 to be delivered to Canada and according to the website it would be here in 3-7 business days. I still have not received it and it's been 7 days.

I have had no information or updates on my order, when I told them it has not even been shipped and I wanted to cancel they said I couldn't and would have to wait until I received my order. That is unacceptable and trying to speak to Customer Service is a joke!

They must have an automated response because I am getting the same BS information from them. I have had no updates on my order and trying to get any information from them is impossible. They are now telling me I won't receive my order until October 23 SERIOUSLY! Here is the delivery time when I should receive my order to Canada that is on their website.

I contacted Kate Spade via the number on the website and she took all my information and said I would get an email informing me of how this problem would be resolved. So far I have not had any information. I would like the second pair of earrings sent to me as soon as possible.
