I placed an online order and the amount on the bill I received through email was completely different from the charge that was put on my credit card. There were various hidden fees.

NOTHING was detailed on the receipt -shipping, taxes, duty fees, US currency. I needed to contact the customer service several times through email and calls to receive a detailed bill. Additionally, they double charged my account and stated it was company policy. Absolute worst customer service and company policies.

They clearly do not care for their customer.

I have shipped my items as a return and was informed it may take upwards of thirty-five days to receive a refund. With so many other companies that provide similar, and better products, save yourself the trouble and NEVER purchase from Kate Spade.
