While in Savannah, I visited the Kate Spade store and purchased 2 bangles. The cashier switched my bangle during the bagging process with a defected bangle.

Im discussed by this.

They followed ne around but didnt follow the Caucasian women. I never should have made that purchase.

I am absolutely not surprised by this. They do whatever possible to get rid of defective items. Whatever you do, do NOT buy sale items on their website with a no refund/exchange policy!
