I purchased a Kate spade cross body bag from Marshall’s July of 2016; this weekend the belt broke while I was using it. Marshall’s refuses to do anything because it’s past 30days.
I called Kate spade and they will only repair it at cost to me stating that the one year warranty has expired. Since I seldom use the bag it took over one year for the problem to surface. So this is not due to wear and tear but poor workmanship. I’m not asking for money back or replacement but that they repair it for free.
As you can tell from my photos the bag is still clean and new. I believe Kate Spade owes this much to the customer.
