Kate Spade - Purse falling apart
My purse is falling apart. It’s less than a year old. The store and customer service are not helpful at all. They say two different things. I will never buy Kate spade again.
Kate Spade - IPhone XS Max Case and UNSTABILITY ring
I bought a clear and rose gold glitter case that came with the universal stability ring which is anything but. It quickly started flopping around and being unstable. It cannot he used as a stand as it has quickly become loose. I called them only to be told that there’s nothing they could do...try Best Buy! Seriously? For the $50 price tag simply for carrying the Kate Spade name...never again.
Kate Spade - Item not received
I purchased a Kate Spade Wallet and as had it shipped to a freight company so they can forward it to the country where I lived. I have waited more than 15 days, and when I opened the box, it has nothing in it but wrapping tissue and purchase invoice! How stupid they are to ship the package via UPS without sealing the box! Anybody can open it before me without leaving any trace, and Kate Spade refused to take responsibility!

Kate Spade - Canceled my order for no reason
